We offer non-profit organizations the necessary consulting & training services to build their capacity to achieve mission-driven results. We provide consulting and training in Advocacy, Lobbying, PRA, Social Impact Analysis, Conflict Management, Conflict resolution, Sustainable Development, Fund raising but also in Human Resources Management, Social Marketing, Communication, Organizational Development, and other operational services. 

Some of the Organizations that we are coaching are: CARE, the Association of Catholic Schools, Lebanese Welfare Association for the Handicapped, The Coalition of 23 welfare Associations of Bourj-Hammoud & Sin-El-Fil (Al Taakhi, Anta Akhi, Arc-en-ciel, UNRWA, World Vision, etc.), Al Majmouha, Middle East Council of Churches, Jinishian Memorial Fund.

We also lead a Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA), in the suburbs of Beirut with a group of local citizens and the Experts of World Vision International.

Our Experts Supervised the design of a Project for the enhancement of selected women, suffering from cardiac disease, that will coach them prevent disease complications and create a Ripple effect. Also we designed a Program on Self-Development and an Enhancement Program for Teenage Girls & Women. 

Furthermore, we coached and trained the Directors of VET Schools in Lebanon, on Management Development issues such as Shared Vision Development, Fund raising Possibilities, Project Management, etc.
